I have trained with, and graduated from, the world's leading coach training provider, The Coaching Academy, in London, UK, in 2014.

I am an experienced counsellor, mentor and group facilitator and previously an award-winning business and personal finance journalist and broadcaster, telecoms and technology writer. I have also worked as a regulated financial adviser and as a blue-chip PR consultant with experience of coaching, representing, advising and interviewing captains of industry, heads of state, senior officers of the Bank of England and leading financial institutions, NASDAQ-quoted technology companies, their leaders, employees and members of organisations in all walks of life.
I have presented and/or produced radio and TV news programmes, and have written published and acclaimed columns for organisations such as the BBC,
Reuters Business TV , COI Overseas Radio, The Financial Times newspaper and its group of specialist financial publications. I have edited international business magazines, trained
managing editors at some of the most successful business and technology magazines and worked as a financial adviser in the UK and in Switzerland for several years. Concurrently, I also ran my
own corporate, financial services and technology PR firm for nearly ten years and was a PR executive for several UK government ministries and creative director of several public relations

Current media work:
William also appears, by invitation, on national BBC and independent radio occasionally to talk about techniques for helping people with depression and anxiety, including those with post-traumatic stress disorder. He was interviewed by BBC Radio Five Live following the death of actor Robin Williams, for example, in 2014, and has been asked to comment on current and new techniques for treating people with depression.
Previous media work: William was a full-time journalist, broadcaster, producer, associate editor and public relations consultant from 1988-2005, appearing on BBC Television, BBC Radio, Sky Television, producing programmes for London Weekend Television and Reuters Business Television, and writing for and appearing in, always on a commissioned or retained basis, newspapers and publications such as the Financial Times, The Daily Mail, The Sun, Daily Mirror, Daily Express, New Scientist, Communications Week International and on countless radio stations around the world. He also had regular columns in specialist, industry-leading financial publications such as Moneyfacts, Business Moneyfacts and Mortgage Finance Gazette and in the technology sector he was commissioned to write regularly for Telecommunications International magazine, and many others. He has also written for publications such as The Times under a pseudonym, and has ghost written articles and written speeches for Government ministers and business leaders in the UK and overseas.
Previous PR Work: William had his own PR consultancy from 1997-2005, was creative director of another PR firm previously, and wrote news and features columns for the industry's leading publication, PR Week, for several years. His PR clients included The Bank of England, The Body Shop, The Department of Trade and industry, The Central Office of Information, The Independent on Sunday (launch campaign), The Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Hewell Packard, Robert Kiyosaki, Dolf de Roos and many other blue-chip clients.
